IN AMBER. We might have disrupted sleep, low energy, be struggling to cope with all life’s demands and feel like things are spiralling. It then only takes one thing to tip us into RED.

IN RED. There are high levels of stress, fight or flight, sleep is of poor quality and unrefreshing. We are reactive, not making healthy lifestyle choices and are at full capacity. Red is BURNOUT!!
