Specialist Practitioner - Fatigue Management
We’re looking for Occupational Therapists / Physiotherapists / Nurses / Psychologists to join our friendly and supportive team. Ideally with experience and interest in:
✅ Fatigue management
✅ Coaching approaches
✅ Supporting people with long-term conditions.

Salary: Competitive Salary
Location: Hybrid
Hours: 30 hours per week.
Experience: Band 6 equivalent

As a Specialist Practitioner in Fatigue Management, you will deliver assessments and interventions to adults with chronic fatigue and long-term conditions using a biopsychosocial model.
The role(s) involves working autonomously at the top Band 6 equivalent level, within a private practice setting, providing individual interventions, delivered via telehealth platforms (e.g. video and telephone consultations).
Interventions will be person-centred, coaching-based and holistic, supporting clients to improve function, participation and quality of life.
The post holder(s) will also contribute to the ongoing development of the service, including service delivery models, outcome evaluation and quality improvements.
