Specialists in fatigue and energy management
South Coast Fatigue provides assessments and rehabilitation for people with fatigue and low energy.
Our approach
Our specialists develop a personal fatigue management plan with you, to improve energy levels and help you function more effectively both at work and home.
Our approach is flexible and tailored to meet your individual needs. We take a 3 step approach with 1:1 support to help you understand and manage your energy.
1. Assess
We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand how low energy or fatigue impacts all areas of life, exploring energy expenditure over a 24-hour period. The assessment will be with one of our specialists on a 1:1 basis over the telephone or video call.
3. Improve
Our main objective is to achieve sustainable improvements in your energy, which have a positive impact on your daily life. We teach you ways to self manage your energy. Our specialists guide you through the rehabilitation process to stabilise your energy, building tolerance to daily activity and return to work strategies.
2. Manage
Once you have completed your initial assessment, we work with you to develop a bespoke fatigue management plan. Our 1:1 support sessions help you implement your plan.
We look at the causes of your fatigue, fundamentals of energy management, ways to improve energy and how to manage daily activities including work.
