Specialist Occupational Therapist BSc (Hons)
Liz works alongside Fran managing specific projects within the business. Liz is also an experienced OT working with teenage and adult clients, with a variety of long-term conditions, in their homes, workplaces, and educational settings. Skilled at complex assessment and analysis of clients’ occupational and wellbeing needs, Liz uses evidence based interventions and self-management solutions that promote maximum independence and sustainable outcomes. Liz is an innovative problem solver, skilled at building rapport with her clients and comfortable working with a diverse MDT, employers and OH providers.

Director & Advanced Practice Occupational Therapist BSc (Hons), MSc Advanced Clinical Practice
Fran established South Coast Fatigue in 2009 and has over 25 years’ experience in private practice and the NHS. Fran works with individuals to empower them to self-manage their conditions to maximise wellbeing and work performance. Passionate about a proactive approach to low energy and chronic fatigue, she partners with key stakeholders to advocate early access to occupational therapy support. Fran guides organisations on the type of approach that can assist their teams to help employees remain well at work or return to work in a sustainable way. Developing strategies on how to support and gain a greater understanding of what to look out for in colleagues suffering with fatigue, can lead to positive impacts for both employers and employers, often resulting in opportunities for organisational change.
Julie Gee
Specialist Nurse (RGN)
Julie is a Registered General Nurse with a wide and varied nursing background. For the last 13 years Julie has specialised in Fatigue Management and Vocational Rehabilitation working with teenage and adult clients with a variety of long term conditions. She is empathetic, organised and an adept communicator. Julie is skilled in biopsychosocial assessment and is a passionate advocate for empowering individuals to achieve their optimum outcomes in both their work and home settings.
Tanya Bushby
Team Secretary
Tanya is a former teacher and experienced medical secretary who supports the team with all secretarial and administrative tasks. She is very knowledgeable about all the services South Coast Fatigue offers and is often the first point of contact for our clients.
