What We Offer:
This fatigue programme package covers the essentials of good energy management and allows you the option of paying per session for additional support should you feel you need it.
This is a good option if you have post viral fatigue following infection such as Coronavirus (COVID-19) or you are exhausted having coped with high stress and increased activity levels during these difficult times.
This package can be used on its own or in conjunction with your employer or occupational health provider if you need support within the workplace.

- 60-minute consultation delivered remotely
- 2 x 30-minute follow up appointments to take you through the remainder of the programme
