We provide specialist functional assessment reports to insurers and solicitors and develop fatigue management and vocational rehabilitation programmes to compliment and support physical rehabilitation for clients who have suffered traumatic injuries.We can work as part of an overall management team or provide specialist support alongside a rehabilitation consultant if required.

South Coast Fatigue can help by working with you to look at your current functional abilities, what barriers to re-entering the workplace there may be and developing a return to work programme to support a sustainable work life balance.

Our functional assessment and comprehensive report can be used as supporting evidence in applications for disability benefits such as PIP and ESA, for ill health retirement applications or to support wellbeing in the work place including any adjustments that may be required.

We are also able to use the Allied Health Professions Advisory Fitness for Work Report to provide this written form of legislation as supporting evidence for an employer.

A CDMP certified  rehabilitation specialist will complete a detailed functional assessment of your employee and provide a comprehensive report including current functional abilities, barriers to returning to work, any reasonable adjustments that may be required and recommendations for a goal-orientated vocational rehabilitation programme.

We also offer Wellbeing assessments, which in addition to evaluating common physical and lifestyle factors include advice on attaining good sleep and stress management techniques.
